Terms and Conditions 

In signing up and participating as a member to Homeclickin.com you hereby agree to all Terms and Conditions listed below and also that you have read and agree to the House Rules :

A) Terms of Participation:
1) Only residents of the United States and Canada can join Homeclickin at this time
2) You must be 18 years old or older to join
3) Only 1 member per computer per IP address
4) As a member you must provide us with true and accurate information at all times
5) Members must agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions, House Rules of
Homeclickin and their merchants, sponsors, advertisers, offers, contests, sweepstakes, and promotions at all times
6) Unbefitting conduct and behavior may result in termination of your membership with
Homeclickin and all points will be taken away.

B) Visiting Sponsors of the Day (Daily Clicks)
1) You can only click on each sponsor site one time in a 24-hour period to collect points
2) The images on your browser must be turned ON, cookies cleared, and enabled
3) When visiting sponsor sites, you must stay on at least 30 seconds after the site has been fully loaded and give quality visits to our sponsors, and 1 sponsor at a time for proper crediting

C) Participating with Merchants and Advertisers
1) When shopping, or doing newsletters, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or any other offers found on Homeclickin.com, you must sign up through Homeclickin.com site on the links provided
2) You must forward a confirmation for the action you have taken within 1 week
3) When participating through Homeclickin.com you must provide complete and valid information to all sponsors, merchants and advertisers at all times
4) Use your name and e-mail address that you signed up with at Homeclickin.com for any action that you may take
5) If returning your purchase after shopping through Homeclickin.com and merchants deduct their pay from us for your return, then naturally, we will have to deduct our points given to you for that purchase
6) Clear cookies before entering Homeclickin
7) Homeclickin is not to be held responsible for a advertiser not issuing credit for an action a member has performed.HC will do their best to rectify the issue.

D) Redemption
1) Redemption will only be in the months of February, May, August and November
2) To redeem for the first time you must be a Verified Member. A verified member is a member that has made one purchase and one sign up through Homeclickin.com. The sign up must go to your e-mail address and your purchase must go to your home address. No Post Office Box number will be accepted. This is solely for verification
3) Members must reach 2,800 points before redeeming for the FIRST time. Points may be redeemed for Gift certificates, Disney Park Hoppers Passes, and Dust Bunny gifts, as long as point requirements have been met
4) Prior to redemption, members must update their private information. Rewards and information will only be sent to the e-mail address and home address provided when signing up It is up to the individual to give homeclickin.com the correct information. Homeclickin.com is not responsible for lost rewards. Rewards will be sent out through regular postal service, unless otherwise specified by the member, and the member will be responsible for the extra postage
5) Rewards will be sent out after your request has been validated, and sponsors have verified with us.
You will receive your reward within 6-8 weeks

E) Update
Update your account frequently. Homeclickin.com will be sending rewards or other bonuses throughout the postal system

F) Laws
Members must abide by their state laws and regulations. Homeclickin.com will not be held liable by a member not abiding by the government laws of their state. Homeclickin.com is not responsible for reporting federal, state and/or local taxes from prizes earned here by members. It is the members responsibility to do so. If a member is close to earning $600.00, you are required to provide Homeclickin.com with a W-9 tax form before receiving rewards from us. If there is any dispute or claims that might arise with this agreement, it must be settled in the State of Illinois and paid for by the member. (This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the Law of Illinois).

G) Term Changes
ALL TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OR APPROVAL OF MEMBERS. By participating it shows you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and the House Rules of Homeclickin.com.

H) Disclaimer and Limitations
1) Homeclickin.com is not to be held responsible for any dissatisfaction on the part of members and merchants. We will not be held liable for any content viewed on our site from advertisers. To join Homeclickin.com you must be 18 years of age or older. Viewing from a minor is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian of the child. Homeclickin.com has all rights to change rewards, number of rewards, number of winners, and any rules pertaining to homeclickin.com. Homeclickin.com will not be responsible for any actions, or dealings between sponsors, merchants, and members.
2) Members agree to use this program at his/her own risk.
3) Homeclickin.com will not be held responsible for any losses of any kind in the results of using this program.
4) Homeclickin.com will not be responsible for any damages, directly or indirectly, through members participating on this site.
5) Members of homeclickin.com are independent contractors and nothing in this agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, employment between homeclickin.com and their member. Usage of words throughout homeclickin.com pertaining to“home", “family”, “our site”, … is not legally binding. Its sole ownership is by Homeclickin.com and R&F Networks, LTD. The member is solely responsible for their earnings on Homeclickin.com.
6)Homeclickin.com will not be held liable for any loss of profit of any kind from using this site.
7)Homeclickin gives two options of earning their points. One is points, when you earn enough to redeem you have a choice of Gift Certificates and Disney Park Hopper Passes. The second point choice, is collecting Dust Bunnies, where they are only redeemable for gifts.
8) When speaking of our point system there is no cash value, but can be redeemed for rewards.
9) Homeclickin.com does not make any guarantees as to the amount of rewards or points earned by a member. It is up to the individual!
10) A member cannot transfer, or combine points for any reason whatsoever.
11) The point system for referrals is as followed: When your referral has 400 points in his/her account, you will receive 30 points. When your referral reaches 800 points in his/her account, you will get another 30 points and your referral will get 20 points. When your referral gets his/her account up to 2,500 points, you will receive 50 points and again, your referral will receive 20 more points. A limit of 100 referrals per member at this time. One time only per member per referral! (Meaning, when your referral cashes out, he/she does not start earning referral points again ONE TIME ONLY!) When redeeming you must have at least 1,000 points you have earned through clicking, shopping or sign ups, not just all through referrals and prizes.
12) Homeclickin.com has the right to verify all purchases, sign ups with our merchants,advertisers and members.
13) If a merchant does not credit us for a members action Homeclickin.com reserves the right to deduct said points.
14) Homeclickin.com has the right to limit the number of members and also has the right to terminate an account.
15) As for the Good Luck Friday, Family Tree, Resource page, Game Room, and Wish Basket homeclickin.com will not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any damages that may arise. These pages and contents throughout Homeclickin.com are for entertainment purposes only!
16) Prizes, Gift Certificates, & passes are rewards that are given to members as a rebate, for actions taken by them on HC. All advertisers & merchants image links, that are shown here at homeclickin, belong solely to said advertiser. Homeclickin is not associated with any said company's.

I) Privacy
Here at homeclickin.com the respect of our member’s privacy is very important to us. We take this very seriously. Member’s personal information will not be given out, sold or shared to anyone at anytime. Homeclickin and the Home Team will have access for servicing the site, games,and rewards. We use the member’s information solely for the purpose of crediting, redeeming your rewards and for us to use your e-mail address to send you information regarding homeclickin.com. We will solely use your home address at homeclickin.com to send our rewards and bonuses, otherwise specified. Our server recognizes IP address, web browser, date, time of visits and login information. We also use cookies to remember your user name and password. If disabled, you might experience trouble when performing certain activites. Member’s information will only be used for program related use. We may have to share non-personal information with our sponsors to be able to bring you more offers. Homeclickin has links to many other websites and is in no way responsible for the privacy practice of such websites, or are we in anyway responsible for information our members share with merchants, advertisers and sponsors. Homeclickin.com will send e-mails to our members from time to time. By signing up to Homeclickin.com you are agreeing in opting-in to receive e-mails. If you choose not to receive e-mails from us you must opt-out by contacting us to do so. (ReneeHC@homeclickin.com) Opting out pertains to advertisements only. A member cannot unsubscribe from messages or e-mails pertaining to the Homeclickin.com while being a member. These e-mails might contain information about our site, special announcements, offers, or just to say Hi!

J) Termination
1) Members must follow all stated Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Members may terminate their membership at any time, by sending us an e-mail. We also reserve the right to terminate a member’s account that has no activity within 90 days and for the following reasons:
a) Spamming of any kind
b) For gaining points illegally
c) For providing false information to Homeclickin.com or Sponsors
d) For having more than 1 account per person
e) Perform any unlawful malicious acts or in anyway hurt the name of homeclickin.com
f) Duplicating offers

K) No Spam Policy
Spamming is unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent out to multiple mailing lists, individuals, and news groups. You are not to flood the message boards, blogs, bulletin boards, news groups, and e-mails with Homeclickin referral links. Any member caught spamming will have their accounts with Homeclickin closed. All points, gifts, or rewards you have at that time will also be terminated. Spamming is illegal and will not be tolerated here at Homeclickin. Any member caught will be held liable with a fee for each e-mail, and/or referral link sent in mass amounts. You cannot promote your referrals, link or Homeclickin.com link to any kind of mass e-mails.

Fraud
Fraud hurts advertisers, Homeclickin, and the members. It is an illegal action and will not be tolerated at Homeclickin. Any member found doing so will be terminated. Fraudulent acts include: Signing up for trials & offers and cancelling just for points, Giving invalid information to HC and advertisers, using stolen credit cards, using pre-paid credit cards on offers that have monthly/or installment payments, using false information to complete orders, forms, offers,.... If you have already completed a one time only offer you are not to duplicate it here or anywhere else, signing up to a program you already belong to, using multiple e-mail addresses for same offers or surveys, multiple accounts with same IP address will be flagged. Any acts deemed fraudulent by our sponsors, will not receive said sponsors credits. Points will be given to members after Homeclickin receives verification and credit from our sponsors. Invalid information is giving wrong information on name, address, phone, birth, age, e-mail address, credit card....

By being a member of Homeclickin.com it means you have agreed and accepted all the Terms and Conditions and have read the House Rules. If there is any dispute or claims that might arise with any part of this agreement it must be settled in Cook County, in the State of Illinois, court costs and all the attorneys fees will be paid for by the member.
